I’m a commercial and music video director from Seoul, South Korea. My journey in art and storytelling began at a young age and took me across the world. After moving to the U.S. for high school, I continued to nurture my creative path at Pratt Institute in New York, where I immersed myself in art and developed a deeper understanding of visual language.
Travel has always been an important part of my life. With a camera in hand, I’ve explored different corners of the world, documenting the people, landscapes, and fleeting moments that inspire me. Now based in Bangkok, which I call my home, I’ve found a city that continues to expand my creative horizons while allowing me to work internationally.
Over the years, I’ve directed commercials for brands such as G-Shock, Anessa, Canal Plus, Telenor, and Olympus, and I’ve also built a portfolio of indie music videos that hold a special place in my heart. My work is often described as cinematic and vibrant, with a strong human touch. I’m drawn to the subtle emotions that live in a person’s face and I strive to capture that quiet power in every frame. Whether working with digital or film, I choose the format that best serves the story I want to tell.
At the heart of my work is a love for storytelling and a desire to reveal the beauty, sometimes hidden and sometimes bold, within my subjects. On set, I believe in creating a warm and collaborative atmosphere where everyone feels seen, valued, and inspired to do their best work.
